Legerton, however, said Aloes and Skatie must bring evidence of Cro Cro’s wrong doing before TUCO can respond.
He said TUCO’s rules do not bar a competitor from performing old material in a competition, once the song has never been entered in competition before or sung at a tent.
“There is no problem with singing an old song if you never did it before in competition. A man can bring out a song now and sing it next year’s competition,” he concluded.
