Protector quits ‘stressful’ TUCO post
Michael “Protector” Leggerton has resigned as president of the Trinbago Unified Calypsonians Organisation.

He cited medical considerations for his departure from office during a telephone interview yesterday.

Although he is yet to present his resignation letter to the TUCO general counsel at its next scheduled meeting today, Leggerton said it was a done deal and he was going to focus on himself and his health.
