Divas Calypso Cabaret International Judging Night 2016

On Thursday 21st January, 2016, the all-female calypso tent, Divas Calypso Cabaret International was visited by the National Calypso Monarch judging panel for the preliminary round of judging. A cast of fifteen calypsonians vied for a place in the semi-final round of the competition. This event took place at De Nu-Pub (Mas Camp Pub), Ariapita Avenue and French Street, Woodbrook. Music was provided by the tent's resident band, the Tranzition Brass, an eight-member band led by Titus Tannis and the Divettes back-up singers. This tent is managed by Rudolph Ottley.
