Arts and Multiculturalism Minister Winston “Gypsy” Peters, calypso icons, family and friends of the late Leroy Paul, known popularly as the Mighty Conqueror, were moved to tears during the bard’s funeral held yesterday at the Church of the Nazarene in St James.
